Project Overview

Carey Contracts Ltd was appointed to execute an extensive, phased refurbishment of Wombwell Care Home for Belmont Healthcare in Kent. The primary engineering driver was a full mechanical and electrical (M&E) installation to support individual en-suite facilities within each resident bedroom.

The scope encompassed updated Heating and Air Conditioning infrastructure, premium safety flooring, fresh decoration, and custom joinery throughout. Beyond resident living areas, "The Hub" community space was fully modernised—introducing a welcoming Reception, a vibrant Bar Bistro, and a dedicated Hair & Beauty Salon to enhance daily resident well-being.
